Two men have been arrested over a tipper truck crash in Bath that left four people dead, including a four-year-old girl.
The 30-tonne truck, which careered down Lansdown Lane hitting vehicles and pedestrians, crashed on 9 February.
A 19-year-old man, believed to be Philip Potter who was driving the truck, is being held on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
Mitzi Steady died along with three men. Her grandmother remains critically ill.
Avon and Somerset Police said the 19-year-old suspect and another man, 28, were being held on suspicion of manslaughter by gross negligence.
Phil Allen, 52, and Stephen Vaughan, 34, from Swansea and Robert Parker, 59, of Cwmbran, also died when the truck overturned onto the Volvo car they were in.
An investigation into what caused the truck to crash is continuing. Detectives are looking at the aggregate load it was carrying as well as any potential mechanical faults.
Books of condolence have been opened in libraries at Bath and Weston, while tribute flowers have been left at a nearby church.
On Sunday, Mitzi's family launched an online appeal to raise thousands pounds for the road safety charity, Brake.
More than £6,500 has already been raised, which the family hopes can be put towards road safety improvements around the crash site.
