Six men, five from London, have been charged with terror and fraud offences, Scotland Yard has said.
The charges follow arrests by counter-terror officers on 30 November at Dover and on 1 and 4 December in London.
The charges include preparation and assisting others in preparation of acts of terrorism, support of a proscribed organisation, and conspiracy to possess false identity documents.
The men will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Monday.
The accused are:
- Michael Coe, 33, of Central Park Drive, London, E6, charged with preparation and assisting others in preparation of acts of terrorism, support of a proscribed organisation, and conspiracy to possess false identity documents
- Simon Keeler, 43, of Solander Gardens, London, E1 charged with preparation and assisting others in preparation of acts of terrorism, support of a proscribed organisation, and conspiracy to possess false identity documents
- Anthony Small, 33, of Southend Lane, London, SE6, charged with preparation and assisting others in preparation of acts of terrorism, support of a proscribed organisation, and conspiracy to possess false identity documents
- Zagum Perviaz, 35, of Frinton Road, London, E6, charged with conspiring to possess and produce false identity documents
- Hamzah Safdar, 24, of Cecil Road, London, E13, charged with conspiring to possess and produce false documents
- Abdulraouf Eshati, 28, of no fixed address, charged with possession of articles in connection to the commission, preparation and instigation of acts of terrorism and offences under the Immigration Act 1971
